SC 3000

SC 3000 Series are automatic conveyorised systems designed especially for conformal coating applications.

Able to apply coatings accurately down to a coating thickness of only 200µM, they also lend themselves to other precision coating requirements such a photo-resists.

They employ a multi-gun spray zone, that may be followed by an optional UV inspection station, and in-line curing oven. Designed and built specifically to handle highly flammable materials, they incorporate automatic material and seperate solvent feed via a volumetric metering pump.

The SC 3000 Series are custom-built systems.
