AAT’s new HydroJet brings high speed, state-of-the-art, superior cleaning performance as well as easy maintenance to in-line cleaning applications. Available in Mach I, II, or III models, the AAT HydroJet employs revolutionary flow dynamics technology to bring in-line cleaning to an entirely new level. Even the toughest cleaning applications can be accomplished in half the footprint (16 ft.) and twice the speed of other in-line cleaners with the HydroJet. The HydroJet system can effectively clean high-density assemblies at speeds up to 6-8 ft./min. The Mach III can effectively dry at a rate of up to 14 feet per minute.

The advanced HydroJet consists of a prewash stage, wash, chemical isolation, 2 rinse stages, plus the world's most advanced drying technology. The wash chamber includes an optional prewash and patented three-stage spray manifold designed for high speed cleaning. The chemical isolation between wash and rinse includes an optional blower for 98-99% efficiency. An optional Mach I, II or III patent-pending drying chamber offers three different drying speeds up to 10 ft. min. on densely populated assemblies -- without adding to the system’s footprint. Each system is PLC controlled with a color touch screen interface.
All items requiring routine maintenance are readily accessible. Plumbing systems are built with quick-connects for tool free disassembly. Pumps and blowers are readily accessible and removable for repair. Filter/strainers are designed to be cleaned while the cleaner is in operation to minimize down time. Options for the HydroJet Series include lighting for all process sections, a chemical injection system for the main wash, a foam sensor, and more.
