The DC 3000 Series of in-line dip coating and curing systems are designed for the automatic application of conformal coating onto printed circuit assemblies at high production volumes of 350-700 units per hour. Each machine is "custom built" to order by Gen3 Systems, and capable of handling any type of conformal coating material including both new water-based and traditional UV curable formulations.

All DC 3000 Series machines are specifically designed to handle highly flammable coating materials and incorporate all of the intrinsic safety features demanded for Health & Safety compliance.
