BF-Monitor

The BF-Monitor is the real time remote check system. Detected points can be checked from the remote PC. Detected images are sent to BF-Monitor. Operator can select defects and send message to the AOI. 16 inline machines can be connected.


BF Editor

The BF Editor is the system that is able to communicate with all AOIs of Saki and it allows creating and modifying the inspection recipe offline and online. Its full memory provides the same working environment as on the tool itself and enables sending the recipes to all the AOIs (for updating the recipe or a new recipe) remotely.


BF-RPI

The BF-RP1 is the system that is able to communicate with entire AOI series of Saki and also enables the recognition of the defective sites. It provides the information such as the location and the image of the defective site which can prevent the human errors (e.g. escape of defects) of the operators. calibration to achieve compatibility of data with higher result inrepeatability.


BF-View

The BF-View is the Saki original data base system. It keeps 5 year inspection logs with detected images. Various SPC data can be checked from remote PC. If the board has barcode or 2D code, It can pickup the history data in few seconds with inspection log and images.
