BF18D-P40 is a bench-top model AOI that employs various functions which are different from inline AOI. Top side clearance is expand to 40mm so that the large connectors for motherboard can also be checked. The bottom clearance is 50mm thus it can be used as after wave soldering inspection. Apart from the standard board size, inspection of the board with connectors or switch sticking out from the board is also possible by using sepecial jig. BF18D-P40 has auto start function which you are able to start inspection as board is inserted. And prescanning function made it possible to scan next board during the manual check of the previous board, thus it improves efficiency in total takt time. It builds in the function of recognition of barcode from the captured image to transmit the result of inspection to the reparing process. The inspection programs can be updated from BF-EDITOR, offline teaching system even when the machine is in operation.
